1. Custom Orders
- All our window treatments are custom-made to your exact specifications, including dimensions, fabric, and style.
- Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the product is defective or does not meet the specifications outlined in your order confirmation.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Please provide detailed information about the defect or error, along with photos if possible.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
- If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund for the purchase price of the defective or incorrect item.
3. Inspection and Approval
- We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the defect or error before processing a return, repair, or refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, if possible.
4. Consultation and Installation Fees
- In-home design consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Installation fees are non-refundable once the installation service has been completed to your satisfaction.
- If an installation issue arises due to a product defect, we will address the issue as part of our defect resolution process.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover material and labor costs incurred.
- Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
